This is a very thorough and comprehensive evaluation of the health of the mouth it involves an assessment of the teeth and soft tissue and includes a screening for gum disease and oral cancer.
We take X-rays at regular intervals to detect areas of concern or weakness at an early stage. At this point a discussion between patient and dentist will decide where oral health can be improved on and whether any further treatment is required.
